Alexandra Sliva is the founder and Artistic Director of New Century Dance Company Corp., a woman and minority-owned dance and entertainment company, based in Miami Dade County. New Century Dance Company boasts an impressive curriculum, with a cast of 33 Professional Dancers, trained in diverse techniques that extend from Ballet, Ballroom, Modern, and Musical Theater to World Dance Styles. The Company has also pioneered the field of Performance Décor, which is a fusion of original creative costumes and décor elements that highlight the performing arts within the design elements. The living carpet, living chandeliers, Artscape and other unique concepts are just a few of their original ideas.
Alexandra Sliva founded the award-winning dance company in 1999 with the goal of providing customized, unique entertainment concepts for corporate, social, and special events such as galas, fundraisers, and award ceremonies. New Century Dance Company is the most requested dance company in the United States for corporate and special events, as well as television and internationally famous recording artists, performing for national and international audiences. The company has made a name for itself in the industry as a visionary in their field, receiving numerous accolades and awards for being a trendsetter in event performance entertainment.
